I’m a former fashion retailer of a brick and mortar and Shopify store selling locally made collections from small, independent fashion designers. In the decade since I sold that business, I’ve worked with ecommerce fashion brands to improve their social media, copywriting and email marketing and increase revenue.

Grow with the Flow is for fashion ecommerce brands on Shopify who are using, or want to use, Klaviyo as your email service provider (ESP).

Note: While I’ve worked with many ESPs over the my years in marketing, I don’t offer Grow with the Flow on any other ESP. I’m strictly a Klaviyo gal these days.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You have no intention of driving traffic to your ecommerce store. Seriously. I can set up your email eco-system to connect and convert the right people, but it’s your job to be driving organic traffic to your store with an optimised website (that gets traffic from search engines such as Google), social media and other marketing activity.

WHAT’S VOXER?

Voxer is a personal messaging app that allows you to send voice messages, which is what we’ll be using it for. We may also send texts, images, links, files and videos as needed to help you meet your marketing goals. 

You can download the Voxer app for iphone or android and use the free version for our month together.

IMPORTANT STUFF

You have homework to do! It’s essential that have this completed in time so there are no delays to me starting work on your Klaviyo flows.

Please make sure you use a desktop or laptop to get the most out of our Zoom meeting. This isn’t suitable to access through your phone. 

You’ll have access to me on Voxer from Monday to Thursday each week and can send me messages with questions or ideas you’d like my thoughts on related to your Klaviyo set up or email campaigns. Response time will vary depending on the time of day and the nature of your question. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

The Grow with the Flow package is non-refundable. Work begins on your flows as soon as you make your booking, so please make sure:

You’ve read all of the inclusions and understand what’s included in the package you have chosen and;

You can commit to dates we schedule to work on your flows together.
